Job DescriptionAre you passionate about delivering transformative CRM solutions that genuinely improve lives? We are seeking a D365 CE Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join our forward-thinking digital transformation team in the housing sector.In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in shaping how housing associations leverage Microsoft Dynamics to streamline operations, enhance customer service, and meet compliance standards. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders - gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting end users as they adopt new systems that make a real difference in their communities.Role & Responsibilities*Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
*Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) to align with sector-specific needs, including case management, repairs, tenancy management and customer services.
*Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring clear communication with technical and development teams.
*Support data migration, systems integration and testing processes to ensure smooth project delivery.
*Deliver training sessions and user guides to help housing staff adopt and utilise Dynamics 365 effectively.
*Collaborate with project managers, developers and support teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
*Contribute to solution design documentation and help define best practices and system governance.
*Provide post-go-live support, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Keep up to date with D365 CE features and updates, as well as changes and trends in the social housing sector.Skills & Qualifications*Proven experience as a Functional Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
*Hands-on experience delivering D365 CE solutions within the housing, public sector or similarly regulated environments.
*Strong understanding of CE modules.
*Skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation and stakeholder communication.
*Comfortable leading client workshops and producing functional design documents.
*Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and common integration scenarios.
*Experience with housing management systems or working within a housing association is highly advantageous.
*A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits*Salary up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience and certifications)
