- Manage and refine product backlogs for two or more agile scrum teams, ensuring alignment to business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Drive execution for initiatives including CMA enrichment, POA uplift, statement data enrichment, and BPST modernization.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, compliance risk, and customer value.
- Oversee the seamless deployment of communication updates, minimizing business disruption.
- Collaborate with global market teams, legal, compliance, engineering, and design to deliver scalable, consistent solutions.
- Represent the business in cross-functional forums, advocating for end-user needs and market consistency.
- Act as the primary liaison for external partners, including print vendors and platform integrators, to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- 10 + of product management or related experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven track record in agile delivery with multi-team coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance projects and managing high-impact feature rollouts.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
