This role presents a chance for a talented and dedicated team member to take on a leadership position in our busy kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.Menu Execution: Work closely with the chefs and catering team to ensure the timely and accurate execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and quality.Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, including training on food safety, kitchen procedures, and till use.Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, maintain adequate stock levels.Financial: Run end of day till reports, reviews sales and maintain a healthy budget.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and allergen management.We offer:
