The practice is full of talented Architects, Designers, Technicians and more, all continuously impressing their clients with their originality, creativity, experience and commitment to quality.The practice tend to specialise in Residential sector work, which ranges from private domestic through to large scale multi unit developments working with national housebuilders. A Senior Architectural Technician with a background in the Residential sector would be ideal for this position.To be considered for this role the ideal Senior Architectural Technician will meet the following criteria:Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • Hold a relevant Technical Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND)
  • At least 5 years of post qualification experience
  • All experience will be considered, but experience within the Residential sector is essential.
Key Requirements
  • Working understanding of the Planning process and Building Regulations
  • Capable of independently producing and reviewing technical packages of information
  • Ability to work under own initiative, establishing a proactive method of working
  • Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit
Personal Requirements
  • Efficient & Driven individual
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
