·Produce high-quality planning application drawings, renderings, and visualisations.
·Assist in preparing planning applications, design & access statements, and related documents.
·Present concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
·Undertake building and land surveys and conduct design reviews.
·Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and report to senior leadership.
·Manage workload efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.What They're Looking For in an Architectural Technician
·An architectural undergraduate qualification, ideally with planning-related modules.
·A minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally including 12 months in the private sector.
·Proven ability to create attractive, accurate planning drawings.
·Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential; experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop is highly desirable.
·Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
·A keen eye for detail, design flair, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
·Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Salary & Benefits
