- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop accurate forecasts and monitor financial performance against them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls.
- Deliver clear and concise financial reports to senior management.
- Support the organisation in achieving its financial and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improved resource allocation.
- A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in Asset Management & Repairs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
- Competitive salary of approximately £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
