The Finance Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department within a Social Housing organisation. This position requires strong financial expertise to ensure effective budgeting, compliance , and financial planning.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and monitor financial performance against them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Deliver clear and concise financial reports to senior management.
  • Support the organisation in achieving its financial and operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improved resource allocation.

  • A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in Asset Management & Repairs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
