Job Description Staff IVS Nurse - Angiography Suit (Bank) Leeds | Angiography | Bank Contract | Ad hoc | Up to £25 per hour depending on skills and experience We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Angiography Nurse to join our Bank Staff in support of our Interventional Suite as we strive to be a true centre of excellence. In addition to the roles of scrub nurse, the successful candidate will have opportunities to further their knowledge as a Pre-assessment nurse. As an IVS Staff Nurse you must: * Be a UK resident and have right to work permission
  • Be registered with the NMC and have at least 2-year experience in a busy Angiography lab
  • Have competencies in Phlebotomy, Cannulation and Intravenous drug administration
  • Be BLS/ILS certified
  • Possess a vast knowledge in Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular diseases and their treatment
  • Have a very good understanding of Radiation protection.
