We’re looking for a welcoming and proactive Receptionist to become a valued part of a busy site based in Edinburgh Park.In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding service with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and sign in visitors, ensuring adherence to site security procedures
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally
- Handle bookings for meeting rooms, hospitality and taxis
- Maintain reception and meeting room standards
- Provide administrative and concierge support to clients and their guests
- Operate AV equipment and assist with technical queries
- Monitor and update reports, fault logs, and service requests
- Support other site service functions as required
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience is highly desirable
- Proactive, adaptable, and approachable attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong customer service ethic
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
