Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Start date: 8th September
Duration: 4 - 6 weeks
Shift Pattern:
  • Early: 6:30am - 2:30pm
  • Late: 12:30pm - 8:30pm
Office Angels are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a Temporary Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and welcoming team, providing vital front-of-house and administrative support.If you're passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail, this role could be the perfect fit!Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcoming and assisting all visitors entering and exiting the building
  • Handling incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and directing queries appropriately
  • Managing email correspondence and forwarding messages to relevant contacts
  • Supporting appointment bookings, liaising with GPs, and preparing medical records
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Previous experience in reception roles is desirable
