IPS Group are proud to be working alongside a major Global Insurer who are in the process of launching their new cyber product and are therefore looking to hire a Cyber Trading Team Manager to lead the initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new team focused on regional cyber risks for UK SMEs, supported by digital trading capabilities and a clear growth strategy.As the Cyber Trading Team Manager you will lead and manage a team of Underwriters consisting of 3 Senior Development Underwriters, 1 Senior Underwriter and 3 Assistant Underwriters. It will be within your remit to drive profitable growth ensuring that high standards are met. You'll oversee both the market and E-trade underwriting processes using a variety of tools to enhance the Broker experience.Providing strong leadership to the team will be key to ensuring they achieve new business targets whilst at the same time offering a high level of service. You will manage a mixed level of experience so will need to be able to adapt your management style between proved Senior Underwriters to junior Assistant Underwriters on a daily basis.

To be considered you will need to be a proven Underwriting Team Manager within either an Insurer or MGA.
