- Lead the planning and execution of the annual brand marketing calendar, aligned to key cultural moments, retail priorities, promotional messages and product launches.
- Define and drive brand stories, seasonal macro and micro edits across all marketing communications.
- Own the end-to-end campaign concept process, from initial idea through creative brief, shoot planning, production and final delivery.
- Liaise with external agencies, stylists, photographers and production partners to bring campaign concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand vision, budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with Design, Buying, Retail and Digital teams to ensure timely and cohesive campaign delivery.
- Safeguard tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Plan and manage the weekly email marketing calendar to support commercial priorities.
- Write marketing copy for emails, website and social media, ensuring consistency with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Partner with CRM, Digital Marketing, Trade and Design teams to align email content with brand storytelling and performance goals.
- Manage brand and charity partnerships, nurturing long-term collaborations aligned with brand values.
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand and retail events that enhance seasonal moments and customer engagement.
- Work with retail teams to deliver localised marketing activity and in-store experiences.
- Create and manage the publishing of content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn), aligned with brand strategy and marketing plans.
- Build and grow influencer, PR and customer outreach programmes, including gifting and collaboration opportunities.
- Stay on top of social trends and platform innovations to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy that drive engagement, conversions and awareness.
- Monitor performance analytics and apply insights to optimise content and strategy.
- Proven experience in a brand marketing role, ideally within fashion, retail or lifestyle industries.
- Strong campaign management experience with a track record of delivering creative and commercially impactful campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
- Confident communicator and collaborator across functions and external partners.
- Experienced in managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
