This role is with a fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturer with excellent working conditions and a great environment. You would be part of a small team.The role is to support the reseller partners , responding to client enquiries, processing orders and maintaining the CRM system. The sales relate to areas such as spare parts, customer training and servicing/maintaining the equipment provided.Hybrid working is available with a minimum expectation of 2 days/week in the office. There is also some flexibility in start time.The Role
- Full time, 12 month fixed term position within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Supporting the sales of aftercare products to clients such as spare parts, maintenance services and training.
- Responding to client enquiries, processing orders and maintaining the CRM system
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Customer service position
- Experience within a technical environment -manufacturing/engineering/construction preferred, however training will be provided
- Experience using CRM or ERP software
