Transformation Director - Enterprise Change (FTC)Are you an experienced transformation leader with a track record of delivering large-scale change in complex, regulated environments? We're supporting a major UK utility through an enterprise-wide transformation and are looking to appoint a Transformation Director to drive delivery across a portfolio of strategic change initiatives. Reporting into the executive team, you will lead programmes spanning operations, technology, customer and infrastructure to ensure successful execution, benefits realisation and alignment with corporate strategy in a safety-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the delivery of specific transformation portfolios, driving culture change and benefits outcomes
  • Lead complex programmes and projects across corporate functions, field operations, and technology
  • Drive customer-centric and sustainable change, while maintaining safety and regulatory commitments
  • Engage senior stakeholders, manage third-party delivery partners and embed change adoption
About You:
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation in regulated environments (ideally utilities/infrastructure)
  • Proven record of programme delivery, PMO governance within complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of operational, field-based environments and regulatory frameworks
  • Strategic, commercially minded leader with exceptional stakeholder and communication skills
  • Knowledge of smart infrastructure, digital transformation and customer experience programmes
  • Professional certifications (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) highly desirable
