- Partner with the Executive Team to define and align long-term strategic goals, ensuring change delivers forecast value and sustainable advantage.
- Develop and maintain a transformation roadmap that supports both organic and inorganic growth.
- Establish and lead transformation governance to track delivery, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Hold delivery teams accountable for meeting agreed timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
- Engage and align operational leaders to ensure transformation priorities are embedded and sustained.
- Allocate resources effectively across the organisation to reflect strategic priorities.
- Define, track, and report on benefit realisation metrics for all transformation initiatives.
- Provide objective, data-led challenge to proposed initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
- Build internal tools, frameworks, and playbooks to strengthen strategic thinking and change execution capability.
- Mentor and coach senior leaders to develop high-performing change leadership skills.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Deep experience in benefit realisation, governance, and programme risk management.
- High-level influencing skills, with proven ability to align stakeholders at Board and Executive level.
- Exceptional analytical ability, with evidence of using data to make high-stakes, objective decisions.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and resources within a matrix structure.
- Strong understanding of programme and change delivery principles.
- Familiarity with benefits realisation frameworks to measure and sustain the value of change.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Understanding of financial modelling and ROI analysis to support investment decisions.
- Experience in the SME services sector or high-growth business environments.
- Exposure to both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
- Knowledge of automation, AI, or digital transformation technologies.
