- Oversee day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring a well-organised and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, groceries, and lunch orders for both London and Essex locations.
- Liaise with building management and third-party suppliers.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Support IT tech team with device management.
- Manage meeting room bookings and hotel partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for office tenants.
- Plan and manage office events, celebrations, and social activities (e.g., summer/winter parties, workshops, yoga classes).
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams on cultural initiatives and communications.
- Manage event budgets and expense reporting.
- Proven experience in office management and facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
