Join us as a Senior Project Manager at Thirteen Group!Role Overview:Thirteen Group is on the lookout for two dynamic and proactive Senior Project Managers to join our Transformation and Data team at Middlesbrough on a fixed term basis for 12 months.You'll play a key role in driving the successful delivery of a high-profile digital transformation project, to the required cost and quality, making sure it delivers the required business outcomes.We're looking for someone outcome-focussed who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional team to deliver the project vision. Your ability to anticipate and overcome challenges, take initiative, and adapt delivery approaches will be crucial to our success.Our team typically works 3 days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest - giving you balance to perform at your best.Thirteen Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified time, cost and quality parameters.
  • Managing project activities to achieve specified business outcomes and objectives using the appropriate delivery methodology.
  • Leading cross-departmental project teams.
  • Developing comprehensive business cases, assessing strategic alignment, costs and benefits.
  • Advocating Agile ways of working whilst supporting project teams to fulfil their individual responsibilities.
  • Step in for the Portfolio Manager where appropriate.
About You:Have extensive experience in project planning and management methodologies, especially AgilePossess excellent organisational capabilities to manage priorities, achieve targets and meet cost and time deadlines.Have good interpersonal and team working abilities to support effective cross functional collaboration and lead discussions.Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels with confidence and clarity.Experience in managing digital transformation and change within an organisationWhy Thirteen Group?We're more than just a housing association - we're a community builder.
