We also have relief contracts too if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.The RoleYou will be joining a team of dedicated colleagues supporting individuals across the Cumbernauld area who have a variety of support needsWith an outcome focused approach, you'll work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You'll be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which can include community events, going swimming, bowling and attending clubs along with many more activities. Due to the needs of the people we support, you will need to be able to be calm and collected when dealing with the unexpected.About YouWhat we'll need you to bring: -

  • Confidence in the use of computers
Some of the individuals we support do have their own mobility car, so we are looking for you to bring a full UK license with at least 1 years' experience on the roads for insurance purposes for these particular vacancies.Shift PatternsOur team are dedicated to providing tailored support to the needs of each individuals and shift patterns for this service do include early mornings, days and evenings. Weekends, public holidays and sleepovers will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.Our sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive a sleepover payment of £96 for any sleepover you work.We are looking to fill these vacancies as soon as possible, so reserve the right to close our advert early if we find suitable candidates before the closing date. We will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.Please note - If if you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany.
