With a passion for music, comedy, dancing and acting as well as a love for Olly Murs and Taylor Swift, no two days will be the same. Having an empathic and supportive approach whilst having an outgoing and fun loving personality will allow for hours of fun in this supportive role where you can make a real difference to the people we support.About YouAt Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team! We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build your career within the Health & Social Care sector. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!All we'll need you to bring is: -
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive approach to learning
  • An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines
  • Confidence in the use of computers.
Having a full UK manual driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.Shift PatternsAs we are dedicated to providing tailored support to each individual, the normal rota for this service would be will be typically 8am-4pm depending on transport arrangements to college.
