This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified accountant seeking to make their first move from practice, or for someone with early post-qualification industry experience who is eager to broaden their exposure in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecastsOwnership of P&L and balance sheet preparation for auditBusiness partnering with senior stakeholders across group entitiesDelivery of statutory accounts and audit readinessSupporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A)Driving process improvements and compliance initiativesContribution to ad hoc projects, including new company setups and strategic initiativesWhat You’ll BringQualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with up to a few years’ post-qualification experienceStrong technical knowledge of financial accounting and month-end processesAbility to produce management accounts and support external audit processesAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach(Desirable) Experience in FP&A, pricing analysis or business partneringPackage & BenefitsSalary up to £50,000 plus benefitsHybrid working, with an average of five days per month on siteOpportunity to work closely with an experienced senior finance teamPotential for interim/contract arrangements for candidates available immediatelyThe OpportunityThis is a chance to make a meaningful contribution within a complex, multi-entity environment, working alongside highly skilled colleagues.
