Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue and reservations management
Strong understanding of the W2 London market
Proficient in Opera PMS and Cloud PMS systems
Highly analytical with strong Excel and data reporting skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
Confident communicator and team leader with a proactive mindset
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
