- Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
- To constantly update the hotel's revenue systems.
- To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
- Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
- Manage group reservations for the property, maximising on revenue opportunities.
- Work closely and collaborate with other HODs in the smooth running of hotel operations.
- Previous experience of one year as Reservation Manager or two years as Reservations Supervisor in a busy hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer skills.
- Great team leader.
- Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
