We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Fitter to join a permanent, stable team with excellent long-term career prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke vehicle modification projects within a clean, organised, and supportive working environment.This role offers:

- Assembling components onto vehicles (e.g. lights, racking, grab rails, steps)
- Using a wide range of hand and power tools, including cutting knives and air tools
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Measuring, marking out, and working with precision tools such as tapes, micrometres, and verniers
The successful Assembly Fitter may come from a variety of skilled trade backgrounds, such as:
- Coachbuilding or motorhome building
- Commercial bodybuilding
- Welding, metalwork, or fabrication
- Joinery, cabinet making, or window fabrication
- Starting salary of £27,000, with increases after probation and regular reviews (salary could rise to £29,500 within 6-12 months)
- Paid overtime at 1.5x rate
- Permanent, secure role with no shift work – daytime hours only
