Location: Central LondonA leading private equity firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and discretion are key.What you'll do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within finance or professional services
- Impeccable organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office skills and a high level of professionalism
- 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
