- Thought leadership integration
- Ensure content is consistent, compliant, and adaptable across multiple client touchpoints.
- Work with the team to elevate storytelling, translating complex investment concepts into engaging, client-centric narratives.
- Drive integration of digital marketing capabilities within the product marketing strategy.
- Partner with channel marketing to activate product positioning seamlessly across campaigns, digital channels, and automation journeys.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear priorities, manage capacity, and ensure the team is focused on business-critical content and deliverables.
- Build capability in the team to write for different mediums, ensuring versatility in storytelling — from detailed technical documents to editorial narratives and short-form digital content.
- Encourage innovation, particularly in AI-driven content creation and digital-first storytelling.
- Extensive experience in product marketing leadership within asset or wealth management.
- Ability to translate complex investment strategies into clear, differentiated client narratives.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and build a versatile content team.
- Highly collaborative, with exceptional stakeholder management across investment, marketing, and distribution functions.
