  • Leading the kitchen team to prepare and serve fresh, seasonal, and nutritious meals.
  • Planning menus that cater to a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
  • Managing kitchen operations including ordering, budgeting, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Supporting school events with tailored catering solutions.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A passion for food and commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
  • Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
