We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable full-time receptionist to join our very busy, friendly practice in Stockton-on-Tees.The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and have a knowledge of office and IT packages, SystemOne preferable. The role will entail a mixture of front desk, telephone and administrative duties.We welcome applications from experienced receptionists as well as candidates who are keen to learn.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for a part time receptionist to be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.Main duties of the jobDuties can include but are not limited to, greeting, and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information, and assisting patients as required.
