- Be the warm, professional welcome for all clients, visitors, and colleagues
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms – tidy, presentable, and ready to impress
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right people
- Organise meeting room bookings and assist with refreshments
- Carry out essential admin duties: mail sorting, filing, photocopying, and stock replenishment
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers
- Support new staff inductions and ensure a smooth welcoming onboarding experience
- Provide cover at other local office sites as and when needed
- Always maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front of house role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience in a professional or legal services environment
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Level 3 qualification in Business Admin or Customer Service
