A leading firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its rapidly growing Employment Tax team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading complex advisory projects and contributing to strategic initiatives across a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver employment tax advisory projects, including IR35, employment status, PAYE health checks, and payroll governance.
  • Provide commercially focused advice and help clients implement practical solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay current with evolving tax legislation and communicate updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tax, immigration, and mobility services.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in Employment Tax.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a Big 4 or Tier A firm is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to leadership and client service.
