- Champion inclusive practices and positive behaviour strategies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- National SENCO Qualification
- Experience working with SEMH pupils or in specialist settings.
- A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location and multi-site nature).
