- Receive and action handovers from the morning team and facilitate a smooth handover to the evening team
- Ensure the afternoon team is performing their roles to expected standards
- Delegate jobs fairly between team members based on skills and workloads
- Provide clear communication and support to team members throughout the shift
- Track and assess team performance, providing feedback and recognising achievements
- Carry out weekly payroll duties
- Carry out cleaning duties as part of the team on-site
- Conduct spot checks and site visits to maintain service quality
- Sign off completed jobs with clients
- Visit job sites to gather information for quoting purposes
- Drive across sites to ensure all teams are meeting expectations
- Liaise between the Account Manager and staff to relay updates or instructions
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly
- Handle complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring follow-up actions are taken to prevent recurrence
- Assist with recruitment by participating in face-to-face interviews
- Help onboard and train new starters
- Support in disciplinary investigations, including note-taking and evidence gathering
- Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures and site requirements
- Report and address any concerns or non-conformities promptly
- Conduct toolbox talks with the team.
