This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a similar background to join a successful and expanding team. The suitable candidate will need to have previous experience within a customer service environment, with experience of working as a Team Leader, experience of conducting 1-2-1's and be passionate about providing a high level of service.Salary - £35,340 plus fantastic benefits including private pension, hybrid working after training, career progression and more.Candidates must be able to get to the Watford office.Some of the duties will include:
- Working with a team of 6-8, ensuring they deliver the highest level of customer service
- Act as the escalation point for the team
- Mentoring the team
- Treat customers fairly, and always looking for the best solution for customers
- Gaining a good understanding of the whole business
- Build good relationships with team members, as well as line managers and the wider business
- Look to exceed customer expectations
- Coach the team to be their best through all customer communication
- Share best practice ideas and solutions
- Appraisal and performance management of team members
- Encouraging a positive team culture
- Set team KPI's
- Conducting 1-2-1's with team members
- Highlight areas of concern as necessary
- Assisting with the recruitment process, conducting interviews
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Passionate about developing others
- Polite and professional telephone manner
