We're working with a nationally recognised law firm known for its outstanding Clinical Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist department and make a real difference to people's lives.The roleAs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload of complex and varied matters, while also supporting on high-value and sensitive claims. You'll work alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team, helping secure vital interim payments and guiding clients through emotionally challenging circumstances with empathy and clarity. Typical matters include surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, birth injuries, and fatal claims.What's in it for you?

Key responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction to resolution.
  • Provide strategic, high-quality advice and legal support to clients.
  • Support senior colleagues with high-value and complex claims
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and maintain excellent standards of client care.
About you
  • 4-6 years' PQE with proven experience in clinical negligence.
  • Confident in managing your own caseload and working independently.
  • Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and compassion.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially aware and committed to delivering results.
