Do you have long standing experience in Clinical Negligence? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and provide excellent services to clients in Sheffield? Due to growth, this law firm are looking to bring in a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to work in their busy team.The RoleJoining the busy Clinical Negligence team, you will be working on a full range of clinical negligence cases. You will be investigating claims involving the NHS, private hospitals, A&E disputes, misdiagnosis, cosmetic surgery, neurological injuries, birth injuries and much more.What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be handling your caseload from instruction through to settlement.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the progression of cases with internal and external parties, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with clients.
  • Your cases will be of high value and quality.
About you
  • The successful candidate will be looking to develop their experience in clinical negligence, as well as showing a demonstrable interest in building their career and becoming one of the best in their field with the support and development that they have to offer.
  • 2+ year PQE with experience in clinical negligence.
