- Conduct regular inspections and audits of properties within the portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date records of compliance checks and certifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for necessary repairs or updates.
- Monitor changes in legislation and ensure policies are updated accordingly.
- Provide detailed reports on compliance status to senior management.
- Support tenants with any compliance-related concerns or queries.
- Assist in the development of compliance training materials for staff.
- Experience in property compliance or a related field within the not-for-profit sector.
- Knowledge of housing regulations and safety standards.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management systems or software is a plus.
