- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. information management, business administration, computer science, instructional design, learning and development) or equivalent experience.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior knowledge or experience of co-developing learning materials with and for diverse audiences.
- Prior knowledge or experience of leading and supporting learning and dissemination in multi-cultural environments and international projects.
- Previous experience of working in an international NGO humanitarian organisation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills including writing skills.
- Proficiency in translating data into actionable insights and sharing results effectively.
- Proven effective management of suppliers and consultants.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to transfer and translate knowledge effectively for a lay audience.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of French is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.
- Working knowledge of web-based communication tools (including content management systems and mail marketing and automation platforms).
