An opportunity to join our team leading on the transition towards place-based community innovation through a learning-by-doing approach.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-FriDuration: 12 months FTCLocation: London - hybrid, 2 days in office (to include a Wednesday)Salary: £52,866.48 per annumJob Purpose:The Innovation Knowledge Consolidation Advisor will devise the Inclusive Innovation strategy for consolidating knowledge and delivery of activities primarily relating to the PPS and KCP areas of work. They will contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of a diverse portfolio of learning and experimentation activities, including the development and continuous management of the and associated innovation process platforms. The postholder will also lead dissemination and implementation activities relating to the Inclusive Innovation Playbook and associated programmes of work through existing MSF knowledge dissemination and learning platforms.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. information management, business administration, computer science, instructional design, learning and development) or equivalent experience.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior knowledge or experience of co-developing learning materials with and for diverse audiences.
  • Prior knowledge or experience of leading and supporting learning and dissemination in multi-cultural environments and international projects.
  • Previous experience of working in an international NGO humanitarian organisation is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills including writing skills.
  • Proficiency in translating data into actionable insights and sharing results effectively.
  • Proven effective management of suppliers and consultants.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to transfer and translate knowledge effectively for a lay audience.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of French is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.
  • Working knowledge of web-based communication tools (including content management systems and mail marketing and automation platforms).
