- Lead the capture, curation and dissemination of lessons learned across SESRO workstreams.
- Maintain and evolve knowledge-sharing platforms and tools to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and retrospectives to embed learning into delivery cycles.
- Proactively network with colleagues across all SESRO partner organisations to champion a culture of open knowledge exchange.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate the sharing of insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Act as an ambassador for knowledge management by encouraging collaboration and the breaking down of silos between teams.
- Identify and connect subject matter experts throughout the project to drive continuous learning and innovation.
- Support the design and delivery of SESRO’s performance management framework, including 360° feedback processes aligned to KPIs
- Collaborate with team leads to identifying performance trends and support interventions where needed.
- Contribute to the development of guidance for managing underperformance in line with home organisation policies.
- Articulate roles and responsibilities across the project to support clarity in the operating model, cross-team collaboration and performance management.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive communications plan that ensures messaging is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each group within the joint venture.
- Regularly review and update communication strategies to reflect the evolving structure and priorities of all partner organisations.
- Liaise with key representatives from each stakeholder group to gather feedback and continuously refine communication channels for maximum relevance and impact.
- Draft and distribute internal communications that promote team updates, initiatives, and engagement opportunities.
- Support the planning and delivery of engagement events such as Collaboration Days, monthly socials, and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters, ensuring alignment with SESRO’s values and expectations.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of learning pathways, leadership development, and capability-building programmes.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of diverse learning styles to ensure training and development initiatives are accessible, engaging, and effective for all team members.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored learning solutions that meet varying needs—whether through workshops, digital resources, or on-the-job coaching.
- Regularly assess the impact of training interventions, using feedback and performance data to refine approaches and maximise professional growth across the joint venture.
- Design and facilitate engaging collaboration workshops with a senior audience tailored to drive alignment, foster cross-functional relationships, and spark creative problem-solving across the joint venture.
- Provide ad hoc diagnosis and support to teams by identifying challenges, mediating discussions, designing appropriate interventions and implementing practical solutions to enhance team cohesion and performance.
- Experience in knowledge management or organisational development roles, preferably in a professional services organisation
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and frameworks (e.g. 360 feedback, KPIs).
- Comfortable working in a joint venture or matrixed environment with multiple partner organisations.
- Qualification in Organisational Psychology, HR, or related field.
- Experience with ISO44001 or similar collaboration frameworks.
