You will play a vital part in helping care staff access the high-quality training they need to meet regulations and improve standards of care.This is a varied role, combining face-to-face visits with online marketing, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your own career in healthcare marketingResponsibilities:
- Relationship Building & Outreach:
- Visit nursing homes, care facilities, and healthcare providers to promote our training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff to encourage them to attend training.
- Represent the agency at meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement online campaigns (social media, email, Google Ads, website updates).
- Create engaging content such as flyers, brochures, social posts, and blog articles.
- Grow our online presence and generate leads through digital platforms.
- Sales & Growth:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with healthcare organisations.
- Track and analyse marketing performance to measure success and ROI.
- Work closely with the training team to align marketing with business goals.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, training, or education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage care home staff.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and meet targets.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel locally to nursing homes and healthcare providers.
- Experience marketing within the healthcare or care home industry.
- Knowledge of compliance training and workforce development in healthcare.
