- Prepare RFPs, SoW and support the sales activity.
- Maintain the sales operations.
- Obtain, analyse and propose potential leads / targets within the auto industries using internet research and other sources to find specific corporate information regarding size in terms of revenue / headcount, R&D and outsourcing budgets, business performance, key stakeholders and relevant news items.
- Interrogate and analyse data from CRM and other sources (e.g. SAP) in response to ad hoc queries and in support of governance processes, to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to the sales and management team.
- Support the development of a sales forecast for one automotive customer, in line with global process, analyzing data, resolving queries and advising / challenging the Sales Leaders.
- Support the creation of a financial (revenue) budget for Europe, and a Sales and Marketing cost budget, as part of the annual process, taking inputs from Sales Leaders and CRM and ensuring that the budget fits with strategic plans.
- Support Key Account Management processes, including Account Planning, by collating, presenting and analyzing information including financials and sales opportunities
- Support the documentation and development of Sales Operations processes
- Additionally, there will be opportunities to execute specific projects in the core areas of sales to provide additional development and exposure to our core services and software sales teams and industries.
