If you’re passionate about supporting individuals, with complex support needs and a range of mental health needs, then this is the role for you.If you have an open mind and the drive to succeed, you will thrive at Oakdene, all you need to do is apply!The roleAs our Support Worker you’ll provide informal support and wellbeing checks for residents, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and maintain clean and safe communal areas. You’ll deliver detailed handovers to day staff, triage out-of-hours issues, and support clients using trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches. You’ll uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards, administer basic first aid (training provided), and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.
