- Facilitating impactful learning sessions and coaching initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align development with business priorities.
- Leading talent development projects, including succession planning and high-potential initiatives.
- Managing our learning platform to ensure accessible, high-quality content is available anytime, anywhere.
- Supporting the development budget to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
- Proven experience managing a company-wide L&D portfolio, ideally with a focus on leadership and management development.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A passion for creating simple, effective learning experiences that make a real difference.
