These range from complex residential and commercial developments to major data centre schemes, with values reaching into the £multi-millions.As Associate Director you will work closely with the Directors and will play a strategic role in the business, leading project delivery, mentoring engineers, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future growth of the practice.Requirements:
  • Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) or with significant relevant experience
  • Proven experience delivering a range of structural schemes across sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team and client management
  • Commercially astute with the ability to contribute to business development and operational strategy
