- Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote request and draft renewal reports
- New Business – Setting up client records and New Business reports
- Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB’s Targets
- Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
- Strong Administration, time management and organisational skills
- Experience of Customer service
- Understanding of domestic and/or international Employee Benefits and Financial Services Industry
- Effective clients focus and a willing attitude to work proactively within a team
