Location: Central Bristol (100% office-based)
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00 pm.

You'll become part of a professional, friendly team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and colleagues via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, arranging couriers, and managing internal mail distribution.
  • Coordinating travel bookings for colleagues, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring all requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Conducting daily office checks to maintain tidiness and ensure health & safety standards are upheld.
  • Providing central support across multiple office locations to ensure consistency.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all requests.
  • Assisting the Management Team with ad hoc administrative support.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems.
  • A reliable, committed team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Levels advantageous.
