This is an adults Social Work post.
37 hours, but will consider 29.6 hours(4 days) for the right candidate.
Please do not apply if you want less than 4 days.
The role is to work in line with the Social Service and Well Being Act.
Complete integrated assessments, Mental capacity assessments, reviews, support unqualified staff & support in the community / hospital.
The role is with adults aged 18 and over with physical disability and / or mental health diagnosis.£38.43 per hourThis is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you:-
