Salary: £29,000 per annum + monthly service charge | 42.5 hours per week + paid overtimeThe OpportunityWe’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the brigade at a luxury 5 Red Star country house hotel and spa, home to 58 bedrooms, a luxury spa, and two acclaimed restaurants:3 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant (38 covers)2 AA Rosette brasserie-style restaurant (60 covers)The pastry kitchen also produces elegant afternoon teas, desserts for lounge and room service, and creative menus for banqueting and private dining.
