We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Support Analyst to join a dedicated team supporting critical health and social care services.🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for ICT incidents and service requests
- Log, track, and escalate issues to relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with data security policies
- Assist with hardware/software installations and liaise with third-party vendors
- Support service delivery in line with ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27001 standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization of ICT services
- HND or equivalent 3rd-level qualification in ICT and 6+ months in a technical ICT role
- ITIL Foundation Certificate or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (reasonable adjustments considered)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (2016-365)
- Knowledge of ICT service delivery best practices (ITIL, ISO standards)
