Job Profile:Our flagship Reeds Rains office in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual as a Lettings New Business and Investment Manager on a full time, permanent basis.Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the letting of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. We are also a committed employer and pride ourselves in developing and supporting all our colleagues through professional leadership and career development opportunities.In this role you will support new landlords in the rental journey, from initial contact, valuation, through to providing advice and recommendations using knowledge of current legislation and the letting process. Throughout this you will be offering exceptional customer service.We are looking for candidate with a proven track record in estate or letting agency, offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results, and enhancing our reputation.As Lettings New Business and Investment Manager, we are proud to offer:
  • On Target Earning (OTE) in excess of £44,000 per annum
  • £25,000 per annum basic Salary
  • £4,000 per annum Car allowance
  • 5-day working week
  • 25 days holiday and bank holidays
