- Adapt, propose, and activate marketing plans aligned with HQ strategies and assets, identifying key leverages of success, and optimizing opportunities/resources
- Deliver and ensure excellence in the execution of all marketing plans to support commercial objectives and align with partners on strategy to manage joint marketing plans
- Focus on achieving strategic targets (awareness, desirability, conversion) as well as ROI
- Oversee and implement all typologies of brand events, (commercial as well as awareness events) including overall project lead, trade marketing implementation and cohesive client experience deployment.
- Oversee the consistency and quality of Visual Merchandising throughout the market and distribution network, but also during Events and Store Openings
- Maintain and elevate Jaeger-LeCoultre image standards to enhance both the business and the client experience following HQ guidelines and KPIs.
- Manage and control A&P budget, in line with yearly budget & guidelines.
- Manage closely media relations and PR plans in co-operation with HQ PR team, local PR manager and agency, along with PR evaluation monitoring, competition analysis, benchmarking, and best practices.
- Define, develop, manage, and execute 360 Social, Digital, Media, KOL and PR strategies
- Further develop Maison's awareness and desirability in the UK through non-paid media placements.
- Support Media HQ on media strategy, implementation and opportunities
- Act as cross-functional project leader on omnichannel initiatives, ensuring a smooth & holistic client journey
- By working together with commercial team, you will maximize the visibility of our products through 360 action plans for each different client touch point
- Lead Clienteling strategy implementation - new CRM tools, definition of objectives for client acquisitions, conversion, and retention
- Manage the quality and the consistency of the client database (capture of qualitative data, segmentation)
- Be influential / build strong relationships with all key stakeholder (internal- locally and within the HQ and external) to get relevant amount of support and resources
- As a People Manager you would motivate, challenge and coach team members to grow and to achieve targets
- Challenge team to grow and “reach the dime”, be an agent for change and innovation; provide factual and constructive feedback on both skills and behavior in order to help each team member to develop in line with Maison's high-expectations
- Proven experience in marketing and communication.
- Possess experience and knowledge in 360 degrees of marketing ecosystem.
- Proven project leader from planning, implementation to delivery with good business acumen, analytical skills, and commercial sense
