As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be required to:
Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends
Organise rotas
Provide staff training
To be a focal point for guests and employees when on shift
To follow the standards of service at all times
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
To Apply the Restaurant Manager must:
Lead the team, demonstrating strong people skills.
Have previous restaurant management experience within a similar setting.
Demonstrate the importance of attention to detail
Have a good standard of spoken and written English
Insist on high standards of presentation.
Thrive within a pressured high-season environment
Lead from the front.
