
Senior Marketing Manager, Events and Sponsorships

- You'll develop and lead our global events and sponsorship strategy, maintaining an annual calendar and coordinating with regional teams to deliver a cohesive Group-wide program
- You'll manage the central execution of high-profile events such as IQ-EQ Crossroads, client roundtables, and executive dinners, along with major industry sponsorship activations
- You'll collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize and implement global initiatives, ensuring impactful delivery across all regions
- You'll oversee external agencies, venues, and production partners to ensure world-class event execution, while mentoring a small team to deliver innovative, best-in-class experiences
- You'll track event performance and sponsorship ROI using data, client feedback, and lead generation metrics, while sharing your expertise to build Group-wide knowledge.

- You bring over 10 years of B2B events and sponsorship experience, ideally within financial or professional services, with a proven ability to design and deliver large-scale global events and C-suite programs
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude, constantly seeking fresh ideas to craft distinctive and memorable client experiences
- You excel at managing agencies, budgets, and teams under pressure, ensuring flawless execution while linking events and sponsorships to tangible business outcomes
- You confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders, influencing with a global mindset and delivering best-in-class initiatives across multiple markets
- You are a pragmatic, friendly team player with a sense of fun, capable of mentoring others and fostering collaboration across regions.
